Greenbelt's Summer Get-away Promo
1. This promo is valid for cash and credit card transactions.
2. For every P1,000.00 worth of single/accumulated receipt/s in any of our Greenbelt 1 stores from April 1 to 30, 2010 customer is entitled to one (1) raffle coupon.
3. Customers can exchange their receipt/s to raffle coupon/s and drop the same at the redemption booth located at the Greenbelt 1 Concierge. Raffle coupons must be filled out with complete name, address, contact number/s (office, home, mobile number), age, Greenbelt 1 store where the purchase was made and signature before dropping them in the drop box provided at ther redemption booth.
4. A maximum of ten (10) raffle coupons shall be given per shopper for single/accumulated receipt/s presented amounting to P10,001.00 and above.
5. Last day of submission of entries is on the closing hours of the mall on April 30, 2010.
6. All drop boxes shall be sealed and delivered to Ayala Land, Inc.-Ayala Malls Group, 5F Glorietta 4 Ayala Center Makati for the raffle draw on May 3, 2010.
7. Raffle draw shall be under the supervision of a DTI Representative:

8. Prizes at stake are:
a. One (1) winner of round trip airfare tickets for two (2) to Bangkok and three (3) days-two (2) nights accommodations for two (2) at Luxx XL Bangkok.
b. One (1) winner of round trip airfare tickets for two (2) to Boracay via Caticlan and three (3) days-two (2) nights accommodations for two (2) at Nandana Boracay.
** Airport Terminal Fees, Land and Sea Transfers, Pocket money and all travel related expenses and taxes shall be at the expense of the winners.
9. Ayala Malls shall pay for the 20% Tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00.
10. In the event a winner is drawn twice, the winner can get the prize with a higher value.
11. Above prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
12. Winners shall be notified via telephone call and registered mail, and their names shall be posted at the Ayala Malls Website.
13. Winners may claim their prizes at the Ayala Malls Group Office, 5F Glorietta 4, Ayala Center, Makati City.
14. In claiming their prizes, winner/s must present the notification letter from Ayala Malls, claim stub and valid Identification Card with photo.
15. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from notification or it will be forfeited in favor of Ayala Malls with prior approval of DTI.
16. Validity of the travel tickets and accommodation are:
a. Bangkok Trip- Six (6) months from the date of issuance.
b. Boracay- One (1) year from the date of issuance.
17. Ayala Malls reserves the right to validate the receipts from any of the Greenbelt 1 store. Defaced, crumpled, tampered or receipts lesser than its actual size will not be honored.
18. All employees of Ayala Malls, their merchants, maintenance, security, agencies, employees of their merchants, its advertising and promotional agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified in joining the promo.
19. Promo period is from April 1 to 30, 2010.
