Bonus Points Blowout with Visa and Zing: Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is open to all customers registered as Zing Plus members.

2. Zing Plus Members using a linked VISA - branded credit card shall earn 500 Zing Points at any time within the promo period upon spending at least Php3,000.00 in a single transaction at a Participating Merchant online at ZingShops, ZingEats, Seda and in participating Ayala Malls. This is a fixed-points reward that will be awarded only ONCE to a new or existing Zing Plus Member upon reaching the required minimum spend using a Zing - linked VISA credit card during the promotion period.

3. On top of the fixed bonus points, the Zing Plus Member will earn 3x Bonus Points if spend is within Php1,000 to Php3,000 in a single credit card transaction. While Zing Plus Member will earn 4X Bonus Points for spend above Php3,000. The spend has to happen within the promo period in a single transaction with any of the Participating Merchant online at ZingShops, ZingEats, Seda and in participating Ayala Malls.

4. To be eligible under this promotion and earn 500 Zing points upon reaching minimum spend of Php3,000 and earn 3x Bonus Points or 4X Bonus Points based on minimum spend required, the following conditions must concur:

The customer is a new or existing Zing Plus Member at the time of the transaction;
The customer must have completed the registration process under the Zing application to become a Zing Plus Member and have linked at least one (1) VISA - branded credit card (a maximum of three credit cards may be linked under Zing);
The Zing Plus Member must use his/her linked VISA-branded credit card to settle his/her transaction with any of the Zing Participating Merchants; while
For Zing Participating Merchants at Ayala Malls, a Zing Plus Member earns one (1) Zing point for every transaction worth Php200.00, while for online transactions at ZingShops, ZingEats, Seda, a Zing Plus member earns one (1) Zing point for every Php250.00 spent.
During the promotion period, the Zing Plus Member must spend at least Php3,000.00 in a single credit card transaction with any of the Zing Participating Merchants to earn the 500 Zing Points. This is a one-time fixed-point reward that can be earned at any time during the promo period. The customer may use the 500 points to redeem an electronic gift certificate of their choice at the Rewards section of the Zing app.
The 3x Bonus Points will apply if spend is within Php1,000 to Php3,000 in a single credit card transaction. While the 4X Bonus Points will only apply for spend above Php3,000.
A customer can earn a maximum of 500 Zing Points in a single transaction. There is also a maximum of 10,000 points that can be earned in a calendar year for Base Points (non-promotional) and another 10,000 Bonus Points that a customer can earn from sponsored or promotional programs.
Here are the sample computations of minimum and maximum points that can be earned in different purchase amounts using the Zing – linked Visa credit card:

At minimum spend of Php1,000 in Zing Participating Merchants at Ayala Malls, the customer will earn the 3X Bonus Points:

5. The promotion period is from September 1,2021 until November 30, 2021 and extended until February 15, 2022 as approved by DTI-FTEB. The Zing Plus Member’s single transaction in a Zing Participating Merchant must be processed and completed within the relevant promotion period, i.e., from 12:00AM of September 1,2021 up to 11:59PM of February 15, 2022.

6. This promotion may be availed of by Zing Plus Members by transacting with Zing Participating Merchants in the following participating Ayala Malls:

7. ALI Commercial Center, Inc. (“ACCI”) shall have a period of fourteen (14) days within which to validate the transaction between the Zing Plus Member and the relevant Zing Participating Merchant before the Zing bonus points are awarded. After the validation of the transaction, the Zing bonus points under this promotion shall be credited to the Zing Plus Member’s account.

8. This promotion may be applied in conjunction with other Zing Bonus Promotions and the Zing Birthday promotion as long as the eligible spend is done within the active period of each promotion.

9. All transactions are subject to the Zing Terms & Conditions; a copy of which is accessible through the Zing application and/or at https://www.ayalamalls.com/.

10. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the participation and availment of this promotion will result in the disqualification of the Zing Plus Member from the said promotion. The matter of disqualification is subject to the sound discretion of ACCI.

11. Points Redemption:

- The Zing Plus Member can use the Zing bonus points earned under this promotion to redeem rewards in the form of e-gift certificates from Rewards section of the Zing application.
- Points redemption is subject to the Zing Terms & Conditions accessible through the Zing application or at https://www.ayalamalls.com/. All related provisions of Zing at Ayala Malls shall continue to apply
