Shopping Night Owl Promo Mechanics:
1. Simply present P500 single receipt from any Ayala Center Cebu outlets (EXCLUDING BILL PAYMENTS) or P2,000 single receipt from groceries (Metro or Rustan’s FRESH) to the Concierge to win any of the instant prizes and a chance towin in the raffle draw. Purchases must be made on Fridays or Saturdays from August 10 to September 28 between 8PM to 10PM (as indicated in the Official Receipts)

3. Last day of the submission of entries will be according to the followingschedules:

4. Raffle draw will be under the supervision of a DTI representative.
a. Date: August 31, 2012 and September 29, 2012

c. Venue: The Activity Center
5. The shopper must affix his/her signature and completely fill-up the following details on the Shopping Night Owl raffle card: complete name, address, contact number/s (office phone number, house phone number or mobile phonenumber), age. The Shopping Night Owl raffle card must be dropped in drop box located at the Concierge of Ayala Center Cebu.
6. Except as otherwise specified herein, the taxes on all prizes will be paid by Cebu Holdings Inc.
7. All prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
8. All gift certificates, electronic gift certificates, privileges and other services thatform part of the Shopping Night Owl will be valid until fully consumed.
9. Prizes not claimed after sixty (60) days from date of receipt of notification will beforfeited in favor of Ayala Land, Inc. with prior approval of DTI.
10. Winners will be notified by telephone call and registered mail. The winners’names will also be posted at Ayala Center Cebu Concierge and published at the facebook page of Ayala Center Cebu.
11. All winners must claim their prizes at the Administration Office of Ayala Center Cebu, Fourth Level of the mall.
12. To claim the prizes, winners must present the notice sent by registered mail, the Shopping Night Owl raffle card claim stub, and any valid Government-issued identification card with photo and signature.
13. Winners agree to the disclosure and publication of their names and other particulars as Ayala Center Cebu may deem appropriate and to participate in any photo, publicity or other media arrangements made by Ayala Center Cebu toannounce the winners to the general public.
