Grace ( Angel Locsin) is a single mother who is forced to reconnect with her son's biological father Edward (Dingdong Dantes) who is married to Jacqueline ( Angelica Panganiban) to save her son from a worsening rare blood condition. The child's life is at stake, Grace and Edward's respective relationships is also at danger of ruining.
