The films plot will revolve around sweethearts, Rock (Sam) and Tracey (Tippy), who are both nursing students in Manila. These two youngsters will have to face each other's family in the province after Tracey got pregnant by his boyfriend, Rock. Rock is the son of Rose (Eugene) who is a caterer, and Pol (Ogie), a songwriter while Tracey came from a well-off family with Nick (Gary V.) and Elaine (ZsaZsa) as parents. Their return to the province will make or break their relationship.
