INSTALLMENT MADNESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Installment Madness is available in all accredited S.I.P. stores nationwide from October 1, 2012 to January 31, 2013 and in Trinoma Activity Center from October 10 to 28, 2012.
2. Installment Madness is exclusively available to all existing BPI Express Credit cardholders in good credit standing.
3. BPI Express Credit offers Real 0% interest and reduced rates on selected items at selected terms for a minimum purchase of Php 3,000.(Minimum purchase requirement and Installment terms may vary per merchant).
4. To avail of the products and services, cardholder must personally present his BPI Express Credit card to the participating dealer of his choice and sign the BPI charge slip or Installment Plan Contract when the transaction is approved.
5. If a cardholder decides to pre-terminate his Special Installment Plan (S.I.P.) transaction prior to the first billing, BPI Express Credit will charge a pre-termination fee of PhP 550.00 plus an additional 2% interest on the principal amount. If pre-termination is done after the first billing, monthly payment shall first be applied to interest then to the principal using the diminishing balance method plus a pre-termination fee of PhP 550.
6. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of the BPI Express Credit and the reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this offer.
BUY NOW, PAY LATER PROMO MECHANICS:
1. The Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) facility is available from October 1, 2012 to January 31, 2013. Available at the Ayala Mall Exhibits and in the participating merchant exhibitors' store nationwide.
2. The posting of Buy, Now, Pay Later (BNPL) first amortization will start on the cardholder's 3rd billing statement cut-off from the date of purchase. The succeeding amortization shall be billed every month thereafter, until the full transaction amount is paid in full
3. The BNPL is only available on S.I.P./ installment transactions (Straight charge transactions are not qualified).
4. The cardholder should advise cashier/store personnel if he will avail of BNPL, otherwise, the regular installment plan payment scheme will be applied.
5. The approved installment full transaction is automatically deducted from the cardholder's available regular/ bonus madness limit.
6. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of the BPI Express Credit and the reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this offer.
