Requirement for blood donation:
- Weight at least 110lbs. / 50kg.
- No Alcohol intake 24 hours prior to donation
- Should have taken light meal before donation
- Be in good health
- Must have at least 3 months interval from last donation
- 18 years old and below must secure a consent form from your parents / guardian prior to donation
